you should picture yourself at your goal weight. Imagine how you will
look and feel. Look at yourself in the mirror, and think about how great
it will be to finally not have that muffin top. If you are losing
weight for an occasion, such as a wedding, think about how great you
will look. Try to have some pictures of people with your specific body
type who have the body you want hanging on your walls to help motivate
you even more.
